3. User Agreement

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Accept responsibility for activities conducted under your account or booking.

Spaceline Holidays reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings if false information, fraudulent activity, or misuse is detected.

4. Booking and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Required payments have been received.

  • Confirmation has been issued by Spaceline Holidays.

  • Relevant suppliers have accepted the reservation.

Full or partial payment may be required depending on the travel product, destination, or supplier policies.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Modification requests may include:

  • Passenger detail corrections

  • Itinerary adjustments

Additional charges, fare differences, supplier fees, or administrative costs may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or our customer support channels.

Refund eligibility and cancellation charges depend on:

  • Hotel cancellation rules

  • Visa processing status

  • Tour package conditions

  • Time remaining before departure

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier penalties, administrative fees, and non-refundable charges.

Processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and supplier policies.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Verifying booking details before confirmation.

  • Carrying valid travel documents.

  • Meeting passport validity requirements.

  • Obtaining necessary visas and permits.

  • Complying with destination laws and regulations.

Spaceline Holidays shall not be liable for losses resulting from incomplete, invalid, or expired travel documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

Unless specifically included in the package, travel insurance is not part of our standard services.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Baggage loss

  • Travel delays

  • Personal liability

Any insurance claims shall be governed by the insurer's terms and conditions.

9. Visa Requirements

Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

While Spaceline Holidays may provide assistance with visa applications, we do not guarantee:

  • Processing timelines

  • Entry permissions

The company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from visa refusals, delays, or immigration restrictions.

Spaceline Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa agencies, and insurance companies.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Service failures by third-party providers

  • Delays or cancellations

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of personal belongings

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Spaceline Holidays for the affected service.

17. Right to Refuse Service

Spaceline Holidays reserves the right to decline bookings or terminate services without prior notice in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misrepresentation

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

18. Severability
